Not A Good Experience
1/5 While the property manager was communicative and the property was ok (a little worn down), community pool also closed until August 2024 so shouldn't have been advertised. The major issue was safety. The property was attempted to be broken into during our stay which resulted in leaving the property 3 nights earlier to find other accommodations.

-We regret that the pool was not available during your stay, however, we'd like to note this is out of our control as community amenities are not guaranteed to be available by Evolve or the homeowner. However, we do understand that these amenities play a large role when guests book a property. We have listed detailed information regarding prices in the pre-stay email sent to guests and have updated the listing level with additional information for future reference. We recommend that guests ask to verify if community amenities will be available at the time of booking.
-Guest safety is our number one priority so we take incidents like this very seriously. The property is equipped with ample security including security cameras and locking systems on all doors and windows. After reviewing the Ring documentation, it was determined that the individual was likely a neighbor who may have been displeased with the parking situation in front of her house. We are relieved to hear that despite this incident, you were safe and that you received a refund for the inconvenience.
Negative reviews have the potential to adversely affect our property owners, and we trust that forthcoming guests will be able to overlook the impact of this particular review. Ybor City House
5/5 The owner was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. There is a great breakfast place within walking distance as well as a small neighborhood convenience store. The surrounding neighborhood is middle class and quiet at night.
Great stay close to everything
5/5 Everything was great owner was super responsive and even helped me get back in at 4aM after I locked myself out. This is near downtown so it is not quiet. Free parking out front.
