5/5 Perfect location for the reason for our visit. Convenient to many restaurants and activities. Perfect space size for what we needed. Had an issue with the TV when we arrived and owner responded quickly had it resolved early the next day.

FSU beat BAMA weekend
5/5 This home is in a great location and proximity to the FSU stadium as well as to many places to eat. We were in for a girls weekend and to watch FSU at their football season opener.

3/5 older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better.
