This is an excellent place for college parents to stay while visiting students that is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to shops, stores and restaurants. We loved it, and it has great outdoors space though we didn’t really use it. A few suggestions: Bring your own coffee maker, towels and pots and pans if you plan to make your kids a home cooked meal.
Fabulous rental for a family. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had what we needed to make our college student a hike cooked meal. Location is close to campus.

Neighborhood was great. Deck is roomy. The house is in a lot that has nice trees and vegetation but that creates mold and mildew outside, of which there was plenty. Nowhere clean to sit outside. Furniture inside kinda needs to be re-thought in some rooms. We sat at a dining room table because there wasn't a living room layout large enough to handle us. There's a large room that is not usable for hanging out because there's only one small table in it. More towels are needed.
Hi Debra, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: "We sincerely hope you enjoyed your stay and appreciate the feedback. We will consider the comments in regards to the living room layout for large groups. In addition, we will certainly replenish towels if needed. As noted, with the local vegetation and rainfall, very regular routine outside maintenance is scheduled, but we will evaluate the need for additional deep cleaning."
Property and location and furniture are awesome. The downstairs windows NEED coverings; it's NOT comfortable and we spent all our time after dark upstairs. The trashcans were very dirty inside, the place was quite dusty. Otherwise, all good.
