• Long term renter in garage cooling an issue

  Nice home but there is a long term renter in the garage. We didn’t have an issue but I do not believe this was disclosed. Also, the AC did not cool the home evenly. Master bedroom had a split unit and was cold in there but not in the other living areas. Also, all the batteries required replacement (AC control, front door control) Kitchen was nice and easy to use.

  - We do mention in the listing that there is a long-term tenant in the attached studio apartment, which has a private entrance and is a separate, self-contained space.
  - We checked the remotes and confirmed that they have fresh batteries and are working correctly.
  - The thermostats were also checked and are functioning properly, and we provide a simple, step-by-step video to help guests use the Nest thermostat with ease.
  - We encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they have any trouble, as we’re always happy to assist right away.

• Beautiful Home Away From Home

  We enjoyed our stay at this Florida location. The neighbor hood is a quiet peaceful place. Very safe too.

  The river canal flows by the backyard

  and the boys enjoyed fishing.

  The property was well taken care of.

  The windows, doors and mirrors

  spotless. The sliding door was so

  clean one of our group bumped into it thinking it was open.

  We had six guest in our group and

  the house was very accommodating.

  Luis the owner and Evolve were both very great to deal with. Made sure we had all the info necessary for a wonderful stay. I recommend the house, Evolve and the owner highly.

  This was my first trip to the state of Florida and this property made a great place to stay and see the sights.
