• Nice house but needs maintenance

  We liked how big it was and three bathrooms was great. The house was clean, inside and out. The Air conditioning worked great! The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was clean and we felt safe.

  But I was not happy with the several items.

  1) The garage is half full of debris and broken furniture. Only room for one car.

  2) Window shade in master bedroom is missing parts so there isn’t privacy from the back yard.

  3) Big mirror in in living room is not secured and just leaning against the wall. We were afraid someone might bump it and it would fall.

  4)There’s an open electrical receptical in dinning room. Needs a cover.

  5) The door to the garage is hard to open and close. And door handle is loose

  6) the ice maker did not work

  7) the glass sliding door to the back yard was extremely hard to open

  There were many other small cosmetic items that I won’t list.

  This could easily be a five star with a little maintenance.

  The home was sufficient for what we needed. It's very roomy and comfortable. The owner's representative was very very kind and helpful. The back yard is nice and private. The neighborhood is really nice and safe. All the neighbors that we came in contact with were nice. All the amenities were good; the kitchen was large and nice with a large refrigerator freezer. The overall interior cleanliness was good. The exterior was clean and nice also. The garage needed to be cleaned out and organized. The washing machine and dryer in the garage was very large and nice. It was really nice to have 3 bathrooms. Great location. I would rate this stay as good.

  Muito abaixo do esperado. Casa suja, garagem imunda sem espaço para os 2 carros pois está cheia de tralhas, cortinas dos quartos que não fecham, ar condicionado que não esfria nos quartos, banheiros imundos ainda com cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores. Cama com traça e o proprietário não respondeu aaa minhas mensagens
