The building in which the condo is situated is located halfway between Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops, each about 15 minutes by car.
Haulover Park is 1 mile south of the property and has a marina, fishing boats and Friday farmers’ markets. For guests who enjoy golfing, Turnberry Golf Course in Aventura is less than 4 miles away. No matter what adventures you seek, this amazing location won’t let you down!

4/5 Property was as described but when we arrived the gym was closed, then the pool, and finally the beach. Due to the Corvid19 pandemic. Not much the property owner can do about that. March 1st the condo Corp implemented new procedures for the short term rentals. Along with a mandatory $40 charge for passes all guests (which was not negotiable) even though most building amenities were closed.

Clean & comfortable condo with excellent views.
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay in sunny isles. The condo was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms and Justin was a great host. The building is very nice with great amenities. We didn’t realize that beach chairs & umbrellas were complementary once you paid $20 per person for an ID. Overall a great location with probably one of the best views in Miami.

Breathtaking view of Sunny Isle
4/5 Awesome space in the Penthouse for a large family and the people working in the building are very nice. Special mention to Barry. His smile and "joie de vivre" is so refreshing in a world where people don't take about each other. Justin (in charge upon our arrival) welcome us very warmly and he was awesome in the flexibility of our checkout time because of traveling issues (plane delayed). In brief this was a great vacation and I recommend this unit. The only reason I didn't put a 5 stars if in the fact that even if we enjoyed our stay in this unit this is not a super top luxurious unit with some minor issues.

5/5 Our family of seven loved this vacation. The condo is spacious and has great views. The building is well run. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants. Everything is as described in the website. The owner is accessible and helpful.
