    Get rid of lockbox and use phone entry system as described in instructions first. Provide heat! No extra blankets to be found. Had to call for space heaters as no thermostat for heat. Heaters had remotes with no batteries. Provide fire alarm. Kitchen sliding doors kept coming out of tracks.Non-working drive way lights. Shower head spray all over. Air conditioner housing by entry door rusted thru and not up to standards. Unit itself was satisfactory.
