  Beautiful modern townhome with many great amenities! Kitchen well stocked and had all the basics. We reached out for an early check in and there was no response on the request. Also on our visit the pool was not clean or even usable when we showed up. After calling, texting and emailing we eventually got a response to get the pool cleaned and running again. We never actually used it because it was so cold. Also there is no water access for folks staying here. We could not put our paddle boards in or even stop by with our boat to refill the cooler or make a bathroom stop. This is a waterfront property but it should be clearly stated that there’s no access to the water.

While this property is waterfront, it is not marketed as having direct water or dock access, and we encourage guests to reach out with specific amenity questions before booking. When we were notified about the pool, our maintenance team responded within 24 hours to ensure it was fully operational and clean. Although outdoor pools can be affected by local weather, we have confirmed the pump is working properly and the pool is ready for guest use. We remain committed to maintaining a high standard of comfort and care, ensuring all guests enjoy an exceptional stay.

  We were visiting family in the area and had a nice stay. The property was new, clean and spacious. Great location close to everything we needed, including fish markets and a great produce stand. Pool was smaller than it seemed on the pictures but it was fine as the back area was lovely. Really the only complaint is that the home is close to the train tracks with the passenger and freight train coming fairly often day and night. That said, over time, the train was not such a bother. Overall, a good stay and we hope to return.
