3/5 They watered down all of the hand soaps and had different check in and check out instructions. The email said to do one thing and the paper instruction in the cabin said the complete opposite. Example, email said strip the bed linens and the paper said do not do this. The email said there would be charges if not followed, so I wasnt sure what to do and hope i dont get extra charges.
