Comfortable stay
4/5 Overall, the stay was really good. The property was clean and well stocked. The only snafu was the first time I tried to use the grill, it was out of propane. The host responded the next day and an a new propane tank was provided.The only drawback is that even though is centrally located, it is still at least an 8 mile drive to the nearest beach which is what we wanted to spend our time at. It just felt that I was driving all the time.On the other hand, for the price of the stay, it was good overall.

Pool was filled with mold but home was clean
2/5 The home was clean and well kept inside, but we had a roll of toilet paper? We rented this home with the expectation the pool would be clean. The pool was filled with mold, and when I called the gentleman who was the point of contact, he stated he didn’t know much about pools but that it looked clean. He said he’d contact the homeowners, and that was that. With 260.00 in fees for cleaning, I thought maybe they’d return some those fees due is not being able to use the pool, but no call back or offers to amend. I have photos also

After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following: We're sorry for the inconvenience of the Hot tub, it is professionally serviced and cleaned, and the chemicals were adjusted to be clear and bright. Before your arrival. it was drained and refilled, unfortunately, due to Hurricane Ian the pool may have been chemically imbalanced, we're sorry how this had an impact on your stay. Although these amenities are out of our control, we were happy to respond quickly to any issues our guests may have and had the ground contact come up to look at it. We did our best to address your concerns during your stay and we're sorry you were unable to find value in our home. We have had such positive reviews in the past. We will consider all guest feedback to ensure we provide each visitor with a positive experience.
Just Wow!!!
5/5 Very comfortable and open space layout for our entire family. Fun pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. Very clean and the decoration is really nice and tastefully designed. Good central location - close to everything you need.
