This was a very nice, cared-for home in a wonderful historic district with a lot of character and close to everything we wanted to walk to - parks, water, museums, restaurants. While the home had three bedrooms as advertised, the house at 1100 square feet with the third bedroom off the laundry room in the back really made it most suitable for four visitors, not more. Since that's all we had, it was well suited for us. The backyard space was especially lovely. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location - very close to downtown Saint Petersburg. Very cute and well maintained older home - lots of character. Neighborhood is very charming as well and the neighbors are very friendly. It felt like home.

The house met our needs perfectly. Walking distance from bay front parks, the pier, & downtown restaurants. Lovely tree-lined Old Northeast neighborhood filled with charming old homes made neighborhood walks a delight. Easy car ride to all museums and art galleries. Off street parking was an added but important bonus. When we felt like relaxing, the spacious back yard offered shade and comfortable seating. The kitchen was well enough equipped to eat at home when we didn’t feel like going out. For a couple of seniors looking to escape the winter cold, we couldn’t have picked a better spot.
