Wonderful neighborhood location
4/5 Cute bungalow in an excellent location. Close to pier and downtown. There were a few inaccuracies in the description (no garage parking, no single serve coffee maker), but this did not deter from the experience.
Agree with prior reviewer, the bedroom on the back porch was not the best, but adequate.
The kitchen appliances could use a refresh. Dishwasher quite old and the refrigerator was noisy, but they did work.
Overall a pleasant stay.

Great place in St. Petersburg
5/5 Clean well equipped property with washer/dryer and good air conditioning. Could walk to town. There was some outdoor space but not particularly well kept. It was perfect for my group and we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, bright home in an excellent neighborhood
5/5 This was a very nice, cared-for home in a wonderful historic district with a lot of character and close to everything we wanted to walk to - parks, water, museums, restaurants. While the home had three bedrooms as advertised, the house at 1100 square feet with the third bedroom off the laundry room in the back really made it most suitable for four visitors, not more. Since that's all we had, it was well suited for us. The backyard space was especially lovely. We really enjoyed our stay there.
