5/5 Excellent vacation home for a family getaway with close proximity to restaurants, beaches and much more. Host are very accommodating to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We will definitely return again.
Brand new house near beach, review location
4/5 Overall this house is beautifully re-done, with comfortable bedrooms, lovely kitchen, game room and outdoor space. Kitchen is especially nice with great space for making meals. The proximity to beaches is fantastic (only 6-10 minutes) in either direction. Our communication with the property manager was also excellent, and he reached out to make sure everything was going well.Having said that I would advise anyone to review the location. While the house is fantastic and new, we had some safety concerns about the surrounding area (abandoned businesses). House is fitted with an alarm but appears to be for show and we turned it on but it does not actually work. A few minor suggestions for the owners would be to add a few lamps for softer lighting, dust buster or vacuum so guests can clean up, and a few extra blankets for the couch.

Well planned home
5/5 Modern house that is clean, well maintained and well planned. Good location when you want to go to different areas by car. The host is very communicative and is easy to get in touch with.
