Perfect St. Pete Stay!
5/5 The house was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to anything you might want. Nearby beaches and restaurants were great! Everything at the property was well stocked, clean, and ready for our family to relax! Frank was wonderful to work with, and we will definitely look to stay here again!

Cleanliness
3/5 First off I want to start with the positive aspects of the property. The owners did everything possible to provide convenience for the vacationer's. The house is pleasantly remolded with all the modern upgrades. If you are vacationing at this property to spend most of your time at the beach, this will be okay for you. I had four kids with me and the house was really small. The pool was very tiny and dirty I spent the first hour of my stay cleaning the pool and the bathroom. The bathroom had not been touched since the previous visitors . I had to sweep mop and wash the tub and basin before it could be used. I would suggest that the owners seriously consider a new cleaning company. The vacation was not ruined but I would not choose that property again.
