Family wedding we rented two units .
5/5 Our family went to a wedding. It was very nice we couldn’t of asked for any better . The weather was beautiful. The pool was so relaxing and the atmosphere and people were very friendly!!

3/5 Put off by the cost and fees especially once we learned the same building, the same time period rented for one third of the price plus No exorbitant fees! ( I realize timing but still! ) The condo had basic service needs at best. Then just hours prior to our departure we received a text changing the stated check out time, from the posted 11am to 10 am...not convenient, since we had a later flight. Changing, check out time because of your next check in and texting at three minutes after the adjusted check out time...really not cool!! We were also not fully aware of amenity availability and learned access to beach pool and beach was limited and not available to our building. No check in instructions received had to ask for Entry lock instructions.No check out instructions, texted with change of check out time...no clear parking instructions available at unit. We were warned by Condo tenants about parking in the wrong space and the fines attatched. But no clear numbers on spacing. I was texted a check out list along with change in check out time the night prior to check out, just hours prior to our check out day. My husband and I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places but were left feeling over charged and frustrated. PLUS it seemed strange to receive a Face book post saying I could avoid some fees after I booked.

-We apologize that the checkout time information was not updated. In our welcome email we do let our guests know the correct checkout time. We also texted you the day before your checkout that check out was at 10 am.
-We have asked for the parking sign to be repainted as it has faded. Our apologies if it was difficult to read.
-We removed beach access from our listing as this has recently changed. We are very sorry for the confusion.
-As for the facebook post, this sounds like a "targeted ad" based on the algorithm. We did not send you anything through Facebook."Family Spring Break Trip
5/5 Beautiful location that was close to many things to do at the beach or in the city. Our condo had the comforts of home; a quick stop at the grocery store and we were set. Our property manager communicated with us multiple times making sure our stay was great also.
