From the condo, you're just over a half mile from Sunset Vista Park and one of the best beaches in the state, most notably the beautiful shorelines of St. Pete Beach!
You can easily fill your leisurely vacation days with swimming, sailing, jet skiing, and snorkeling, but be sure to take a day to explore the world-famous John's Pass Village Boardwalk, just a 3-mile drive away.
Spend an afternoon strolling around the area, exploring the various restaurants and shopping options. Be sure to stop by the Toasted Monkey or Jimmy B's Beach Bar to enjoy a refreshing beverage in one of their boisterous waterfront bars!

Needs some updating but close to beach
3/5 This property is in need of some updating and a good cleaning. The floors and shower were the worse. The beds we not very comfortable to sleep on. On the other hand the complex was nice with a grat pool and location to the beach. It is close to everything you need including the beach. We also enjoyed meeting others staying in the same complex.

5/5 This place was very nice and worked great for our family. They have a really nice pool too. It is close to various beaches and downtown St Pete. I would recommend it for sure.
