  No the host didn’t welcome me amenities were fine BUT the view was misrepresented (due to the hosts multi million dollar new home construction). Also constant noise from said construction Also listing states elevator only spiral staircase No sunset view a little sunrise

The listing accurately describes: this single-story unit on the 2nd floor requires using an interior spiral staircase to access (no elevator mentioned at all!). Our photos and description reflect the ocean view from the suite as it appears. Nearby construction is on a neighboring property and is temporary, and working hours are restricted by the City of St. Augustine. With all the five-star reviews, most guests find Dolphin Bay Suite peaceful and enjoyable. We wish you the best in your future travels.”

  This was the best experience we’ve ever had in a rental!

  This place is absolutely incredible exactly as advertised and wonderful wonderful owners of the property. The amenities were incredible the shower unbelievable the kitchen just amazing and the view of dolphins every morning. They have a pool and a hot tub kayaks. We grilled lobster on their grill and had an absolutely wonderful stay!!

  We thought it was too good to be true, but this place is absolutely amazing!!

  Very clean and very close to all the things you’d need to do like shopping and eating! Homeowners were very nice and made us feel like we were at home. We had our own privacy the whole time even in shared backyard. Their dog & cat visiting us poolside made our trip even better! Our first time booking a house like this to stay at and it was a 10/10.
