Pet-Friendly Downtown St Augustine Apartment!

  It was a fantastic experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-supplied, offering extremely comfortable living and sleeping arrangements. Its location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown, depending on your destination. The front balcony over looks King St. and if you’re in a front facing apartment like we were the traffic noise during the holidays can get a little loud up to 11pm - 12am. That being said, if you want silent at night get a place in the country. This is a college/tourist town! Communication with the owners was effortless and very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

  The unit was fine and the location was terrific. However, the road noise all night long did not allow for anybody to sleep. The firetrucks, please cars, garbage trucks, any tractor trailer that drove by the building would vibrate. The temperature controls were difficult to regulate as it was really hot in the unit and you could not close the bedroom curtain without blocking the window unit didn’t think the property was very well maintained as the backstreet had lots of trash piled up on the side of the road.

  WOW! What a great spot! The place was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Amazing location. Within a 20 minute walk to all the central attractions with some just right down the street. And the host was very responsive. We love it here and will be back!
