• Weekend Getaway

  Apt was clean & welcoming. Access was good, parking was very convenient & location was walkable to most of our typical haunts in the Old Town area. Very pleased we were able to bring our dog with us! Happy there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom since the ac was in the living room - the apt ac worked well & it was quite cold for us this time of year. We enjoyed coffee on the front balcony & watched the town pass by. There is a bit of road noise but this is to be expected & wouldn't deter me from staying again. Overall was a great stay!!

• Arts District Retreat

  This was our first time staying on the river side of downtown St Augustine. We loved it!The apartment is next door to a couple of great galleries Butterfield Garage being one of them.The St Augustine Winery is just a block down. The restaurant is lovely! If you dont have time for dinner, grab a rooftop drink and check out the view!If you stroll down Ribiera you'll find artist studios, a river marina and wonderful fresh seafood at St Augustine Fish Camp.We arrived during holiday lights season when evening traffic is gridlocked. No worries, as we parked and had no need for the car. Historic downtown is a couple of minutes walk away. If you tire of King St you can meander through the beautiful neighborhood.

• Perfect location-Great stay

  We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Dedicated parking (we parked upon arrival and didn’t get back in the car until we left 5 days later); close enough for a quick and easy walk to “downtown” St Augustine (which we did 2 or 3 times a day, plenty of “close by” things to do and places to eat.
