  This place was perfect for our short trip for a wedding. It is very walkable to downtown. The bedroom is on the main road, so it can be noisy at times but it wasn’t unbearable. Would definitely book again.

  We loved being so close to everything. For no longer than we were there, it supplied our needs of sleep and shower so can't comment on the balcony. I would definitely stay again. Price was great and room is very clean. Bed was comfortable. Crave is great and so is the Southern Grounds. Nice to have restaurants near by.

  It was a fantastic experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-supplied, offering extremely comfortable living and sleeping arrangements. Its location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown, depending on your destination. The front balcony over looks King St. and if you’re in a front facing apartment like we were the traffic noise during the holidays can get a little loud up to 11pm - 12am. That being said, if you want silent at night get a place in the country. This is a college/tourist town! Communication with the owners was effortless and very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

  The unit was fine and the location was terrific. However, the road noise all night long did not allow for anybody to sleep. The firetrucks, please cars, garbage trucks, any tractor trailer that drove by the building would vibrate. The temperature controls were difficult to regulate as it was really hot in the unit and you could not close the bedroom curtain without blocking the window unit didn’t think the property was very well maintained as the backstreet had lots of trash piled up on the side of the road.
