  We came to St. Augustine with our your children to vacation, and to explore the area and options since we are coming back in the near future for our older son's wedding.

  Being a neat freak, with a daughter majoring in Interior Architecture, we have nothing to say but AMAZING things about this house.

  The house was neat, modern, beautiful, open, cozy, and much more. It has everything to make you and your family to feel at home.

  The house is located in a safe neighborhood, and less than eight minutes away from St. Augustin's most visited attractions.

  Overall we LOVE this house. Sometimes, you see wonderful pictures, and what you see in person is nothing like it. This house's pictures are exactly what you're going to see in person, the pictures are not deceiving at all.

• Nice location, but management team needs A LOT of work!!!

  We didn't like that the place was not clean as we were lead to believe from the cleaning fee! The kitchen sink was not clean upon our arrival, and the first floor bedroom had dust, dirt and hair next to the bed, in the corners and in the junky closet. The king bed on the first floor is very low to the ground, so not recommended if you’re over 60! And the mattress is very firm and not comfortable! Also there was hardly anywhere to put our clothes as there are no dressers on the first floor, and the closet was full of too much stuff!

  We also came across 2 spiders and a giant cockroach! And when we advised Evolve Mgmt, there was no apology or trying to make things right, they just said, ok we'll advise the owner! Also although they provided a full kitchen, there were no pots to cook. Only frying pans and baking pans! And again when we advised Evolve mgmt, they kept insisting there were pots to cook in, but there wasn't! So we had to go out a purchase pots to cook dinner and breakfast...first time ever having to do that at an AirBnB!!! Also, there were no wash clothes in the whole house. They never told us to bring our own! That they only provide towels. But if you want to wash your face, then time to go shopping again! Lastly, although the cabinets were new, they were very hard to open, as there were no handles or knobs on any of the openings. So you have to pry them open with your fingers. That also gets very annoying after awhile!

  - When we received your complaint, we immediately sent the cleaning team back to completely re-clean the property.
  - The property is exterminated regularly, and it's been confirmed there are no bugs or roaches in the home.
  - We take pride in providing accurate representations of our property through professional photos and detailed descriptions in our listing. Our goal is to offer you a clear understanding of the home and its amenities, such as cabinets and heights of the bed frames, ensuring that you can make an informed decision that aligns with your preferences.
  -The property is well-equipped with a variety of pots and a fully stocked kitchen. Our management team took the extra step to personally visit the property and show the guests where everything, including the pots and washcloths, is located.
  - We recognize that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
  - Every room has a closet with hangers provided. Additional supplies, such as a vacuum and a pack-and-play, are kept in the master closet.
  We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we must clarify these inaccuracies in your review for the benefit of future guests.

• The BEST home away from home!

  This house had all the accommodations our family required. It is beautiful, cozy, modern, great location, clean, well equipped, and much more. The pictures that you see is what you get. We are definitely coming back.

  My daughter is graduating in Interior Architecture, and she absolutely loved the house.

  The access to the house, the process to check in, and and check out was pretty easy.

  I have nothing negative, this house deserves nothing but GREAT reviews!

• AH-MAZING!

  I stayed here with my 6 month old. Everything I needed was within a 1.5 mile walking distance. There’s a yummy hole in the wall nearby - The West Egg, that had an amazing chicken and pimento cheese sandwich, Maple Street Bakery has the best breakfast sandwiches delivered, Piesano’s chocolate lava cake delivered was to die for, Sweet City Cupcakes made the best surprise filled cupcakes I’ve ever had.

  The home is so clean and relaxing that I struggled wanting to go home and prompted myself to start looking in the nearby area for a possible vacation rental of my own.

  The host was amazing, very responsive with questions and knowledge of the area.

  You won’t be disappointed!
