Needs TLC
3/5 The home was clean and most everything worked the AC and the two bedrooms down below. We’re not working as well and did not get cold. The sliding door in the kitchen. Dining room area was hard to open and shut, and the dock was messed up to the point where we could not get on it, the porch railing also needs to be secured. A little better and the dock deck needs to be repainted. Otherwise the trip was OK. The neighborhood was not that bad. The lawn care needs to be done. It was a little bit overgrown, but otherwise it was an OK stay.

Great house close to everything!
5/5 This was a great spot for a girls weekend! Beaches were close, though we all preferred the ease of the pool, Historic St. Augustine was just down the road and there were several cafes and restaurants nearby that served up delicious eats.

Great vacation house
5/5 The location is far enough from the noise of town but close enough for a 12 minute ride into the heart of St. Augustine. The canal view was beautiful every morning and the heated pool was a pleasure. The set up of the home is great for friends and family and the home was both spacious amd cozy. Great vacation spot!

5/5 This was a great stay! Property was as advertised. The dock was destroyed, but the host made this known. The pool was great and house was perfect for our family reunion weekend!
