Room for improvement
4/5 Over all impresssion : The white towels (hand/shower) were not clean at all. There were clear brown grey markings on these neatly folded towels that should be tossed and replaced. The bathroom had horrible stench of sewage it took hours to expel the smell. The bed covers were in faded condition also with brown grey stains where these as well need to be tossed and replaced. The cabinet handles were all screwed on and left at uneven angles all throughout the house. The house kitchen was beautiful we had spacious room- the ring camera in from / back of the house helped us feel safe And the appliances were convenient check in / out was swift and easy.

5/5 Great place set up for multiple couples to enjoy St. Augustine. Outdoor area was accessible and abundant and very close to the beach and shopping!

Charing bungalow
5/5 The house is very well, decorated, in a great location. Very comfortable. The beds were fantastic. The entire home feels new, and clean. . Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing some of the eclectic homes nearby. Birds were singing. and there are beautiful trees and green spaces. A short Uber ride, to Old Town, and the beach is not too far away either. The only thing I would add is an extra seat in the living room, and if you drink wine, bring your own wine glass, and opener. Overall though, it is a really great place to stay. Will come back.
