Family-Friendly Location
4/5 We had a wonderful stay! You can't beat the location - right next to the beach, next door to Island Donuts and Bagels and other great restaurants, and not too far from a Publix.
The property was clean overall and was wonderful for our small family of three.
This would have been a 5 star review, but there are just a few things that could have been improved:
-The guest contact did not reply to our emails, but responded right away to a text message. We would recommend skipping email and just sending a text message for the door code.
-It was great to have laundry in the condo, but be warned that the washing machine is extremely loud. The dryer looks like the lint has not been cleaned out in a very, very long time and it seems like a fire hazard.
-Upon check-in, a few things were out of place. The towels used to clean the condo were still in the laundry and none of the bathrooms had toilet paper (we had to dig to find some). There was also only one laundry detergent pod - not sure if that was an amenity offered, or if it was expected for us to bring our own.
Overall, we would highly recommend booking this place!

5/5 Everything was as advertised.Unit was very clean and simple. TV worked. AC worked. Very easy walk to the beach. Electronic keypad door lock system. No worries about losing a key. Having a local phone number if I needed help was great. No problems. Would return next time in area.
