3/5 Leading up to check-in, communication was solid. When I arrived, I quickly noticed that the heat in the unit was not working. Saint Augustine was experiencing some of its coldest temperatures and indoor temp was in the low 60s. When I contacted the representative to address this, they were initially responsive and promised to send somebody out the following day. That never occurred and when I inquired what the tech’s ETA was, I still never received a response. The entire stay in the unit was cold and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this didn’t seem to be a problem for the representatives I spoke with. Otherwise, the stay had the potential to be lovely. 😕

Our HVAC system is professionally serviced by a trusted local company on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance. During their most recent check, there were no signs of any issues or failures with the system. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests and take pride in welcoming many more, as reflected by the positive feedback we consistently receive.

teen beach
5/5 We stayed for my daughter's 16th birthday and brought 3 of her friends. We all loved the updated and well appointed condo. The decor was beachy but IG worthy and had plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The girls loved walking for brunch and lunch and the beach was nice since no cars were driving in our area. Loved the comfy bed, beautiful updates and spacious living and bedrooms.
