Peaceful Bliss
5/5 This condo was beautiful and spacious! Sitting on the balcony, watching the wildlife (turtles and bunnies) and listening to the ocean was bliss. You get a glimpse of the ocean--you know its right there! To get to the beach may be too much of a walk for some seniors and anyone with bad feet/knees. One of my 25 year olds had no problem, the other one thought the walk was a bit hard. This place is about 20 min ride to Old St. Augustine. but still in any awesone location by car to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Owners answered my needs quickly! Pool was great and quiet! Loved it here! Hope to return soon.

From the owner: "Thank you very much for your feedback! Even though the beach walkway is so close to the unit, but I understand the uneven sand is a little hard for the seniors to walk. I want to mention that there is a flat walkway right next to the complex which is not too far from the unit, and it is much easier to walk to the beach for the seniors and those with bad knees. Looking forward to your return visits!"
Place needs some TLC
5/5 Owner needs to step up and fix important improvements. No shower door in bathroom causing floor to get wet. Fans from 1980

From the Owner: "Hi, thank you very much for your feedback! The entire unit was updated from top to bottom last year, including the ceiling fans. They are antique and beach style. The master bath shower was designed that way. Since it is a long shower, normally not much water comes out at the end on the floor. However, since you mentioned this issue, I will consult with the professionals to seek possibility of installing a shower door. Thanks again for your stay!"

5/5 One of the best condos we have ever stayed in! Lots of space. Very clean! View was perfect. Loved the beach! Short walk to beach. Short walk to car in parking garage. Great pool. Would book this condo again!
