5/5 The house and property were all we expected and more. We were able to enjoy the backyard deck and boathouse morning, noon and night! Perfect vacation home to rest, relax and make memories.

Our stay
5/5 It was beautiful in the back looking at the river go by.
It has been left unattended for awhile. The host mowed the night before we arrived. That was great. A few needed repairs. It will be a awesome place to stay.
We fished off the dock. No fish but huge snapping turtles and gators.The water is more fresh than brackish. Lots of boats on the weekend. Great place to relax.

Amazing location, but not poorly cleaned/maintained.
3/5 Location, lot, view, dock, outdoor space, and utility are amazing. But, the house looked and felt like someone was just their the night before. Bathrooms were not clean. Shower had old used soap, hair, mildew and stains. The hot water only worked in one of the bathrooms. And there were roach droppings all over in the kitchen cabinets.

Beautiful views
5/5 We stayed for a long weekend with our adult children, great view the backyard set up is amazing. We had a lot of fun grilling out and relaxing. Perfect water access for a boater.
