  Not for us! To many rules such as 1) Can’t use pool one hour before dusk and not until one hour after sunrise, No Exceptions! 2) No alcohol on beach, etc….If I was the owner, I would hire a new cleaning service.

  Hi there, the right vacation home is everything, and we’re sorry this one wasn’t the best fit for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -The condo association sets the pool hours, and because the pool is so close to the units, it closes at dusk to keep things quiet for families and residents in the evenings.
  -The City of St. Augustine has a no-alcohol ordinance for the beach. While this is outside the condo association and owner’s control, it’s in place to keep the beach family-friendly.
  -Regarding cleanliness, the cleaning team didn’t receive any concerns during your stay, but they’re always happy to respond immediately if notified of an issue.
  -An early check-in was requested but couldn’t be accommodated since another guest checked out that same morning.
  We appreciate your feedback, and we’re confident this home will continue to host many happy guests who enjoy the area and all it has to offer!

  Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay but disappointed in the beach stuff (chairs rusted out and broken, games not playable etc), the curtains were broken and falling down in the master bedroom (could re-hang them but then couldn't open them) and it lacked some basic essential household items that we usually expect to have to at least get started (dish soap, paper towels, etc). Plan to bring your own shampoos as only a one time use bottles are provided. But as stated we were comfy and enjoyed the beach vibe.
