This is a great little hidden gem!
5/5 The location is great and you’re not far from the beach and also a boat ramp for the river. There is also a large pool to cool off on those hot days. The place is updated and really nice inside with plenty of amenities for the beach. The rooms are actually decent size for what you find in Florida at this price. I would say that this could easily accommodate up to 5 people and still not really feel cramped. There’s a nice back porch/patio area. The company handling the unit was pleasant to deal with and handled our needs. Check in and check out was smooth.
There is also a Keurig coffee maker, I know this is big for some people.
My Son suggested maybe put a tv in the second bed room though this wasn’t a deal breaker at all.

Grey Whale was great!
5/5 We had a fabulous time at the Grey Whale. It was quiet and peaceful. Just a hop over the dunes to the beach. We had a wonderful relaxing time in St Augustine with just a short drive "home". We look forward to staying again.
