• Wonderful place to stay!

  The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The property was well maintained, secure and family friendly. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pools and hot tubs were great. Dawn was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

• Wonderful Stay near the Beach

  We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our family of five. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys, which were a big hit with our youngest child and made our beach days even more enjoyable.

  The pool and hot tub were excellent amenities, and we made use of them every day. The location was perfect (a few minutes from the beach) making it easy to spend plenty of time by the ocean.

  Dawn was a fantastic host and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

• Great location

  We had a wonderful time. This is our second time staying in this resort. It is very safe and well maintained. Our unit had everything we needed except beach toys. Our boys were hoping for some things to take to the beach since our last condo had some but it wasn't a big deal since we only had one good beach day. We absolutely loved having a hot tub so close for nightly soaks. We will be back!

  We have rented here in the past and keep coming back. The condo has everything we need and all the attractions and shopping are close by. This unit is bright and airy, and we love the beach theme. The hosts checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice personal touch! We’re looking forward to our next visit!

• Beautiful place

  This condo was very clean and lovely. With two pools , jacuzzi and private beach theres nothing else we could ask for . Everything was clean and with good maintenance . The location is close to historic downtown. The host Dawn check if we need anything . We would gladly stay at this place again 😍
