Love it here!
5/5 We have rented here in the past and keep coming back. The condo has everything we need and all the attractions and shopping are close by. This unit is bright and airy, and we love the beach theme. The hosts checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice personal touch! We’re looking forward to our next visit!
Beautiful place
5/5 This condo was very clean and lovely. With two pools , jacuzzi and private beach theres nothing else we could ask for . Everything was clean and with good maintenance . The location is close to historic downtown. The host Dawn check if we need anything . We would gladly stay at this place again 😍

Great Place and Community
5/5 We had a fantastic week at the property and Dawn was fantastic if we needed anything at all. The condo was clean and had all of the beach necessities ready to go. The property was clean and pools were cleaned nightly. Would highly recommend staying again!

5/5 We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in St. Augustine Beach! Everything was exactly as advertised and so very close to the water! My grandson fished for hours, inside the complex in the private ponds, as well as just a few minute walk to the ocean. Easy access to excellent restaurants, and historical sites. Host was extremely attentive to any questions we had, prior to our visit and while on site. It was a great choice!

5/5 The only thing is the couch sits a little low to the floor, toaster did not work but it was fine a couple recliners would have been nice

From the Owner: "Thank you for your review. A new toaster has been purchased (1/25/25). Since the sofa is a pullout bed sofa, they do typically sit lower to the ground. This sofa was purchased less than 5 years ago. Although recliners would be nice, the condo is limited on space for two recliners. There are, however, two wicker chairs, a small sofa chair, and the sofa couch with a total seating of 6 in the living room. We do hope to have you back soon."
