We Loved It and Want to Return
5/5 This was our second time staying at the Colony Reef Club and the first time staying in this ground floor unit. This was probably the best VRBO type place our family has ever rented. The unit was incredibly well equipped with a plethora of great kitchen stuff, condiments, pots, pans, dishes. Even the knives were sharp! No need to run to the store for a pinch of spices, garbage bags, etc. There were kids books, kids toys, and a closet of beach gear that was about to explode. Owners seem to want to stock VRBO's with as little personal property as possible sometimes, so seeing the opposite was really nice.
The giant pool, grounds, and summer camp atmosphere at Colony Reef Club can't be beat.
Nice Condo and beach
5/5 Large condo, convenient to pool and beach. Well stocked with pool and beach accessories and toys. Complex is great for families and first floors allow acces for lawn and pool.

Fun beach trip
5/5 Excellent location, and the condo was well cared for. It was perfect for our family. The size was a little smaller than I expected based on the photos, but it worked out fine. There is a shed on the patio that has lots of beach toys to use, and a cart to haul it to the beach and back. Very thoughtful of the owners! We would stay again.

A week in paradise
5/5 Everything about the condo was good, the location, friendly neighbors, the layout of the condo was nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed.It was hard to get comfortable in this type of bed and it affected the quality of my sleep. Also a full size recliner would have been much more comfortable, as I am 6’4. And it was too small to get comfortable in
