Great location!
4/5 We stayed in the property and enjoyed the place and location. We visited family (Rivertown). From the location, we were able to enjoy Amelia Island north and St Augustine south while we were in Florida.
The property is well kept, clean, well furnished, quiet and convenient.
We fully understand the issue with no dishwasher, so we did not prepare any meals there. We still had to do some dishes by hand, which we personally hate. No working dishwasher is the basis for our 4 star (otherwise would be 5 star) rating. We did speak to the owner prior to renting, he offered to allow us to cancel, but since we werent planning on cooking any meals there, we were ok with washing the small amount of dishes we created during our stay.
People renting the unit to us were responsive/nice and attentive to our needs.
We would chose to stay at this property again with a working dishwasher!

5/5 The condo had everything we needed. It was convenient to all of our needs. It was beautifully decorated with every detail well thought out. We enjoyed our stay and our family were thrilled with the experience!

Comfy and convenient!
5/5 We were in town for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and needed a few extra beds for the family. This condo worked perfectly - it was nearby the rest of our family, as well as convenient to anything else we might need. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits!
