  My family of four spent four nights here and enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with the pool, Lindsey was quick to respond to our texts and came out the next morning to resolve the issue. The location was convenient to just about anything you could want. I really appreciated the supply of "basics" like dish tabs/soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc.

  The house is clean and comfortable with everything we need for our long weekend. The host was gracious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will stay again.

  Love the pool, used every day. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner. Nice supply of household goods to start out stay.

• Fun Holiday Vacation

  We had a great stay at this house in Spring Hill. It was conveniently located near attractions we wanted to visit. Our kids absolutely loved the house and the private pool. The place was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Check-in and check out was simple, and the owner communicated directly with us before and after our stay, which was nice.

  The home was in excellent condition. Our Yorkie really enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. The 65 inch TV's in the front room and master bedroom were awesome. Lots of hot water, all of the dishes, glasses and silverware were plenty. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent location to get to the many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and entertainment, not to mention a 12 minute drive to Pine Island Beach. A very relaxing Holiday vacation stay.
