• Football weekend

  My group of 15 stayed here for a football tournament for my grandson. The amount of space that we had was amazing. When we first walked in it was breath taking. We planned on checking out some of the local places to eat but instead utilized the large kitchen. No one felt cramped for space even when there was 4 of us in the kitchen at one time cooking together. The suite above the garage was really nice even though we were only there for bed. A few chilly days while we were there but the kids still stayed in the pool and hot tub. The hosts were so sweet and quick to answer any of my questions. We will absolutely stay here again.

• Fantastic place for family getaway

  We stayed here as a family of 15 including 3 under 3 while we were there for a football tournament. It was immaculately clean, pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids and teens. We loved using the outdoor kitchen and the regular kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans and utensils. The dock was such a nice little escape at night with a great view. My family of 4 stayed in the little apartment above the garage and it was perfect for us, the ac/heater units ran well and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were totally stocked and even had an awesome makeup remover.

  We did have a fuse go out and when we let them know about it they took honestly less than 20 minutes to come over and take care of it.

  We will absolutely be using them again!

• Fantastic stay/room property

  My family along with my brother's family stayed in this great house over the Christmas week. It was very roomy for 11 of us between the main house and the guest house above the garage. Since the weather wasn't consistent while we were there, the kitchen/dining and living rooms were the perfect spaces to hang out inside along with the game room - the pool table & chess board got the most use! On the nice weather days, we were all outside taking in the sunshine in the large amount of chairs/lounge chairs available. The hot tub was also used ALOT! They had fishing poles and live bait for us to fish off of the newly remodeled dock and bags of ice in the freezer! Monica was available by phone and email and answered all of my questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

• Family reunion

  Want to thank Monica and her family for a very nice place to stay with the whole family. The house was very clean and spacious for the 16 people we had. The game room was a plus with the pool table, air hockey and video games which brought back old memories of the arcade days. The backyard had a nice grilling area and bar next to the pool and spa. Even though it was November and colder than normal all the kids still got in. The adults stayed in the spa. The dock was under repair from the past hurricane but was able to make it out a little to throw a fishing line in. Caught one red drum the whole week. I think that was the only disappointment we had😂. Thanks to Monica’s farther in law (the captain) for bringing us some live shrimp in a bubbler. I had a cast net and caught plenty of mullet for bait. We couldn’t figure out a few things about the house and Monica got back with us within minutes resolving the issues. Overall everyone had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Oh, and for people using walker/wheelchair very easy to more around once in the main house. Just had one step down at the front door and one back up to main house.
