  This house was extremely clean and welcoming. The check in process was easy and the host accessible. She offered great suggestions for food and activities. The biggest asset to this house is ALL the toys. They provide everything; beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, yard games, pool toys, bug spray, nets, games, coloring, some kid toys. You can just show up. The beach is a short bike ride away. We were the only people at both spots we chose to go. There is not a lot of wave action and at high tide, not a super wide beach but great for little ones bc the water is not crazy deep. The pool does require driving but is just a quick 5ish minutes to the adjoining neighborhood. Even at the most crowded time of day, still plenty of room to swim and chairs. Super cute neighborhood. Not over crowded and plenty of space. We saw armadillo, turtles and a few snakes- which my family loves. 20 min either direction provided ample food options. You will want to stop at a grocery store before getting to Pancanea. We found the IGA in Carrabelle to be very expensive. Great house in a great location for an adventurous family looking for slower pace.

  We love the place overall, but found that the beaches were not that great there was a lot of seaweed and trees and stuff in the water close to the beach so we didn’t feel like we could swim in it. The pool was about a five minute commute by car the pool was really great. The area around it nice But we witness necessarily there if we were wanting to be at the beach every day the house itself was great and beautiful. I loved it very well equipped with everything that you would need beach chairs, cooler grill all the main necessities.

• Beach Escape

  Just wanted to get away and this house was perfect. No other houses close by, so it was like being alone in the woods with the beach just a short walk away. Quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again. One week was not long enough!

• Beach Escape

  Family getaway at the beach was our goal and boy did we hit the jackpot! This house is the most well-appointed rental I have seen in my 30 years of VRBOing. It was like being in my own home. Better yet were the woods surrounding the house even though we were just a short walk through the neighborhood to the beach. Beach was typical for this area, shallow and quiet. If you are looking to just get away from it all this is definitely the place. Restaurants are 15 minutes away as is grocery shopping.
