Awesome!
5/5 The place was awesome, you were able to notice the time and effort that was put in it to make it comfortable for others. It's close to the beach and a walk from the village which should be visited during the evening. We were told that there was construction going on but we did not hear any noise, so we were not bothered by it. The pool was great and they have gas grills, and they also have the lighter and utensils you might need. They looked clean but I didn't see anyone cleaning them while we were there. One thing is that they don't have any chairs to sit on while you cook or to enjoy your meals while the kids play in the pool. You are not allowed to take out the chairs from the pool area. During our stay, everything was calm and quiet, except one day when someone was playing in the stairs and we could hear them in the bedroom with the sofa/bed. Overall, we would recommend this place and we would rent again.

Great location / Nice older building
4/5 The condo is starting to show it's age but overall our experience was positive. The unit was next to the stairway door which made it very convenient. Two of the bathrooms have been updated and very nice. The bedrooms, dining room and family room were good size and made our stay comfortable enough. Having 6 people watch TV in the family room was a little challenging. The den was an extra bonus to use as an office. The unit was one of the bigger units in the building but it had a very small hot water heater so showers had to be scheduled and quick. The pool was heated and nice but didn't have a hot tub. The trolley stop is in front of the building. Would definitely rent again. I understand a major exterior/window renovation is about to begin which is much needed.
