  We had such a fun time. The people are very friendly. If you enjoy court sports you will love the round robin tennis and pickleball. The beach is beautiful and the village is great for dinners out.

• Beautiful Views and A Great Pool

  This property had everything you would ever need for a family vacation. Beach chairs, a wagon, trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies. We really love this location. The property is on the 3rd floor but very close to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach.

  because of our flight we arrived after business hours. upon getting ready for bed we found the guest room bedroom (2 single beds) had dirty/stained sheets and comforter. after a trip to Walmart to buy clean sheets and a comforter we were finally able to get to bed.

  the next we realized we had no tv. it kept saying no signal. after a day of trying multiple ways to correct the problem I finally realized that someone had disconnected all the cable boxes at both the surge protector and at the back of the tv’s.

  after that everything was fine

  -"Regarding the cleanliness of the sheets and comforter, we want to assure you that our Guest Contact, who also handles the cleaning of the property, always washes the sheets and comforter between guests. If, for any reason, a guest feels that the sheets are not up to standard, we encourage them to reach out to our Guest Contact immediately. They are always available to address any concerns promptly and would have been more than happy to bring additional sheets right away. We truly regret any inconvenience caused and encourage our guests to communicate with us, as your comfort is of the utmost importance to us.
  -As for the unplugged items, we understand that it must have been an oversight by the previous guest. It's something we encounter from time to time, and we are unsure of the reason as well. We have instructed our Guest Contact to check all amenities and devices during the cleaning process to ensure everything is in working order, including the TV.
  We hope this additional information clarifies the situation, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is essential to us, as it helps us continually improve our services and ensure that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay."
