Modern clean convenient
5/5 The place is very well-appointed and clean. Has high ceilings, all finishings are perfect, all linens new, clean, in perfect condition. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store nearby (about 2 minutes drive or a short walk), and about 4 minute drive to the beach. Very convenient. The neighborhood is a gem in the Tampa bay area!

4/5 This was a really great location with so many things just a short drive away. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc were also available which was great!
Nice place close to the beach
5/5 I’d gladly stay here again. Home was impressive. Comfortable beds, nice shower and a beautiful kitchen area. The neighborhood seemed really nice, about 8 minutes from Indian Shores. I had to text the property owner a few times and they were very nice. Answered me back quickly.
The only suggestion I have is another lock on the door. The deadbolt was secure, but personally I wish there was something else.
That said I’d recommend staying here. If we make it back down that way I will certainly keep it in mind.
New home in a convenient area.
5/5 This home was well decorated and appears new. It had everything we needed and was close to a good restaurant (Clear Sky) and popular ice cream stand. We were in town to visit with family but wanted our own space. Would rent again.
