Family vacation
4/5 Layout and number of bathrooms adequately accommodated our family of twelve. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was just a short drive to the beach and resturants.

5/5 We had such a wonderful time catching up in the pool, grilling, and relaxing in this beautiful home. Jojo was so accommodating and went out of her way to make our trip special! Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

Disappointing Seminole Stay
1/5 AC was not working upon check-in so we had 85° the first night. Tons of stinking garbage with flies everywhere. Five garbage cans and a deck box filled with it! Shower faucet would not work on the main floor. Kind of hard with 10 people. Most had to just rinse off in the pool. We were told there would be a pack n play there and there wasn't. However after contacting Jojo, we had one delivered later that evening and they got the AC working the next day but the shower never was taken care of. We did enjoy family time in the pool. We just wanted this to be a place we'd like to come back to but can't say we will!

- We’re glad Jojo was able to assist with the pack-n-play and get the AC working the next day. However, we apologize that the shower faucet issue was not resolved during your stay. We understand how inconvenient this must have been, especially with a large group.

5/5 We booked in fairly short notice to take our teens and their friends to the beach. House was gorgeous, spacious, and had lots of extras stocked. The outdoor deck and pool was fun to hang out at and beaches were close. The only minor flaw for a party of teens is that it is in a neighborhood with houses really close. For families with an earlier bed time, this house is perfect! Highly recommend and great value for the price!

Kid friendly get away
5/5 The house was a wonderful place to stay with our kids and family friends! It was close to so many different beaches, the kids loved the pool, outdoor area is beautiful l, and house was very spacious. JoJo was a great host and always available if we needed anything (which we found we had most everything we needed without needing to reach out).
Highly recommend for families and friends!
