Well equipped and a nice location
5/5 We enjoyed our stay in St Pete and the house was well equipped with a nice view of a small pond in the back yard with plenty of outdoor space. The location was close to the beaches and convenient to shopping and 25 minutes from downtown St Pete. A good place for family stays.

Wonderful stay!
5/5 We stayed in this home for a week and had a great time! The weather didn't cooperate during our stay, so the pool table and big screen TV really came in handy! We enjoyed watching all of the ducks and turtles in the pond behind the home. The location was great, and in a safe neighborhood. The communication with Evolve was wonderful and they responded immediately. We would definitely stay in this home again!
