Roomy house in a quiet neighborhood

5/5 As advertised. Easy drive to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Started each day at Benedict’s for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend.

Just Okay
3/5 Overall, we had a nice stay in this house but there were some things that definitely needed attention. The back yard and fence was very unkept and run down. There were so many holes in the fence that we had to find cardboard, pieces of wood, palm fronds, anything we could to keep our dog contained. If you advertise as "dog friendly", there should be adequate fencing for all size dogs. This yard was a real eyesore to look at while sitting on the patio.
A few smaller complaints were, that we were left no kitchen towels and there were no lamps or end tables in the living areas, only dim overhead lighting. The furniture was old, soft and uncomfortable to sit on but we made do. We thought the property was overpriced compared to other properties we have stayed in, in the same area.
It was clean and spacious. Both bathrooms had been remodeled and were decorated nicely.
It was also in a nice location, convenient to both St. Pete and Clearwater and had some nice nature trails, a botanical garden and an historic village we could take our dog to along with many restaurants allowing dogs on their patios.
I would overall recommend this property.

Seminole Property
5/5 My wife and 4 kids were looking for a place to stay for a few days prior to our beach house being available and found this property on VRBO.
What a great place in a very nice neighborhood, comfortable beds, great patio to sit outside and 3 seperate areas for everyone to hang out, lounge on the couch and watch movies.
It’s very close to the beach, great restaurants and easy access to the airport. We would not hesitate to rent the location again.
The host was very responsive on check in and check out information.

Great house and location
5/5 This is a great house with plenty of space, comfy beds and nice neighborhood. The location is minutes from the beach, great restaurants shopping etc.
Will stay again if in the area.
