  We went for a short vacation over Christmas break. We chose the property partly based on location and setting (based on pictures on vrbo) The pictures are not quite current and are maybe filtered? We found it fairly dirty and missing things such as wash clothes, hand soap, dish clothes, etc. Many small maintenance issues such as burned out bulbs, outlets and lights that didn't work, ice and water in fridge door didn't work, and no mirror in upstairs master bath. The small trash cans that were there didn't have bags. This property needs a deep clean inside and clean up and a little landscaping outside and it could be beautiful!

  - We’ve followed up with our cleaning team to maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and have scheduled a deep clean to address any overlooked areas.
  - Essentials such as washcloths, hand soap, dishcloths, and trash bags have been restocked to ensure future guests have everything they need.
  - A professional maintenance inspection has been scheduled to address the non-working outlets, burned-out bulbs, refrigerator water/ice dispenser, and the missing mirror in the upstairs master bath.
  - Landscaping improvements are in progress to enhance the outdoor spaces and better reflect the property’s potential.
  - We have made some furnishings improvements and will continue over time. I will reassess the photos to ensure they accurately represent the space.
