Served it's Purpose
3/5 Overall the area was nice the house wasnt necessarily dirty but we did have a significant ant issue in bathrooms and bedrooms. We were careful not to leave food out but they were all in the bathrooms the day from the first day we arrived. We would use the bathroom and find them crawling up our legs! Then one of my family memebers had some snacks in her backpack that were in bags but the ant fount their way in it. The bathroom in the master bedroom had these gnats everywhere. There were alreadysome ant traps out but they were old. The smoke detector in the kitchen kept getting caught up in the kitchen cabinet door. They could also use a larger supply of kitchen utensils. Those things we could live with..but because of the pest problem...we pribably wont stay here again.

- We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address any concerns you may have had.
- We contract with a professional pest control company that treats the property on a monthly basis. After hearing your feedback we requested an additional inspection and treatment. Where they did find some ants in the bathroom, there was not any evidence of ants in any of the other rooms as mentioned in your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with the 5-star stay you truly deserve.

5/5 The manager couldn’t have been nicer. The house was very very spacious and we had a wonderful time. Back of property was lovely and pool sparkling.
