  Satellite Beach is very laid back and quiet with little traffic or tourist congestion and yet close to everything. 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes from a lot of restaurants, 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach.

  The condo was comfortable and clean but a bit utilitarian for the price. Very basic kitchen and household necessities were provided but again, utilitarian and not what I would expect for nearly 300/night. With that said, everything you need is there and it all works.

  The room with twin beds nearest the street stayed pretty warm, I’m not sure if AC struggled to get air down there or if the room was not well insulated but the rest of the condo stayed cool and comfy.

  The main bathroom door is very difficult to lock so if you need privacy be aware of that. It’s basically not lockable unless you have a tool to help you pull the door into the pocket.

  The 1 car rule made things a little inconvenient for us (4 adults and 2 kids in 2 vehicles) and given that almost all of the other condos on the street had multiple vehicles it seemed arbitrary that we had to park one vehicle so far away. Fortunately since few others on the block seemed to have the same rule there was always room on the street where we were told we could park. There was certainly room in the driveway for both our vehicles. And on checkout day we had both vehicles in the driveway for loading. The neighbor (who likely is a full time resident, and perhaps even the owner of the unit we stayed in) was quick to let us know that 2 vehicles were against the rules. But loading is not possible parked that far away so we loaded and unloaded with both cars in the driveway and moved the 2nd down the street otherwise.

  Be advised the lawn sprinklers come on at 11pm which seems a little early to me so a couple of nights we got good and wet trying to get in the room, there is no way to get around them. The sidewalk floods when the sprinklers are on with water several inches deep. Either be in before 11 or stay out later. I think they ran for 15-30 minutes.

  All in all it was a nice, quiet space. Clean and well kept, comfortable beds, everything you’d need for a short stay.

  Great place to stay while visitng the area. Perfect size, cutest decor and had everything we needed. Property manager was avaliable and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely return.

  Great location to several beaches and other tourist type outings but far enough away to be out of the busy areas. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe. Property manager was easily reachable with any questions.
