3/5 Property was in a family neighborhood. Would be fine for a short stay, not for an extended one of two or more weeks. Furniture in tv room was uncomfortable. TVs in both bedrooms were not functioning nor was the grill. Overpriced for the facility.

5/5 Everything was perfect, from start to finish. Christina took care of us when I had issues with thermostat and then called multiple times to make sure temperature was good for us. This home is very nicely decorated and has a beautiful back yard that you can enjoy coffee in the morning out on the deck. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Sarasota.
