Great location
5/5 Easy to find. Good parking. Walking distance to the beach, and a nice neighborhood to walk through to the beach but the beach area is very small.
Lock box code didn’t work for check in so called emergency number and received a quick call back and easy instructions to get a key.

Surprisingly good location and a nice home
5/5 Had never been to Sarasota so was not sure what to expect as far as the location. The house itself was great, had everything we needed to cook our own meals as desired, plus a dedicated parking space for our rental car. It's literally two minutes from the airport (SRQ) but virtually no airport noise. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walks ... like 15 minutes through cool homes down Bay Shore to the park. Downtown is about 5 minutes, and it's down the street from Ringling, which is also really cool. Tampa-St Pete was less than an hour, not a bad drive. Would definitely recommend if this scenario appeals to you. Also, the hosts were very communicative and responsive, security worked exactly as described.
