  10 min drive to downtown Sarasota. Don't get too excited by the "3 Blocks to the Coast" - that's an insignificant detail to say the least... Plan on 20 min drive to the nearest public beach if you're lucky and there's no traffic. The unit was very clean! Only exception was the filthy BBQ in the backyard - could use some TLC. Furniture, amenities, and supplies are reasonable yet at the low end of the range for the price point. For example: Squeaky bed, sagging sofa, nice large TV but way too far from seating area, 2 rolls of toilet paper one of which at lowest possible quality, 9 nespresso pods (2 people * 7 days, do the math please), etc. Very weak water pressure in the shower.

  - Regarding the cleanliness of the BBQ, we apologize if it did not meet your expectations. We do make every effort to ensure that all amenities, including the grill, are well-maintained for our guests' enjoyment. It is important to note, that the BBQ is a shared amenity, and can confirm the neighboring guests used the BBQ that same day.
  - In terms of the furnishings and amenities, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We regret to hear that the bed, sofa, and other amenities did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our property.
  - We are disappointed to learn about the weak water pressure in the shower. This is not typical of our property, and we will investigate the issue to ensure it is resolved promptly.

  Typically I have a hard time being comfortable when I’m away from home but I slept well, relaxed easy here. It was quiet but only minutes to the points of interest for us. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to make meals (even though I didn’t 😂). I didn’t like the electronic keypad to get in. Would have liked more wash rags. Very minor. I would definitely stay again!

  The unit is exceptionally clean. So close to the airport. The only issue was the bathroom drain, very slow draining. I would highly recommend this unit.
