gem on the beach
5/5 perfect location, quiet, near St Armand's square. walk across the street to beach. well appointed home with all the comforts of your own place. whether you want to cook in or go out, it's a great place to stay. Our 5th or 6th time booking this or the adjoining apt. our go to place when in Sarasota.

A gem on Lido
5/5 Always a great place to return to after our very difficult visits to SRQ (father in memory care) Great location, quiet street/neighborhood within walking distance to St Armand's Sq and a skip across the street to the beautiful beaches. Love sitting on the patio and watching the sunset over the gulf with a glass of wine. Condo is well appointed with everything that you would need for a great stay- including beach chairs and umbrella, kids toys, noodles etc... beach towels are in the condo. Full size washer and dryer as well. This is our 6th (I think) stay at one of these units and will continue to stay here as long as our father is still with us. Owner and property manager are immediately responsive if there are any issues and take care of them quickly.

5/5 My husband and I have stayed at the Holiday Inn every January for the past 13 years and love the area. Due to a massive renovation at the hotel, our son talked us into trying this condo, and we couldn't be happier. It is beautifully maintained, with a kitchen stocked with everything you would have at home with quality pots, pans and cutlery. Being on a busy street, we were pleasantly surprised that once the door was closed, it was extremely quiet. The condo is within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and the beach is across the street. We hope to stay there again.
Beautiful Property & Great Location
5/5 We were very fortunate to stay at this property. It is in a great location - just a short walk to St. Armand’s Circle. It is also just steps away from the beach with a convenient walkway across the street. In my opinion, this property is actually nicer than in the photos. We would certainly recommend a stay at this property.
