- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Set the air conditioning to 75 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

COMMUNITY RULES
- No fires, fireworks, or firecrackers in common areas (including roads)
- Fireworks are only allowed on New Year's Eve/Day and Independence Day on private lots
- No beach chairs or bikes stored on the porch
- No towels, swimsuits, or other items hung on porch rails
- Park only in garages, carports, driveways, or designated Community Parking Spaces
- No trailers overnight
- Community Parking Spaces are for overflow only, not daily or long-term storage
- LSVs follow the same rules as cars and must be driven by licensed drivers or permit-holders with an adult
- Renters cannot rent or use LSVs unless space for at least two full-sized vehicles remains
- 17 mph for all motorized vehicles.
- Drive carefully and watch for children
- No glass inside the pool area
- Keep noise down & be considerate
- Take your belongings when you leave—left items will be discarded
- Bikes, motorized, and battery-operated devices must stay on streets—not green spaces, paths, or cul-de-sacs
- Store bikes and similar equipment out of sight before sundown
- Hammocks, volleyball nets, etc., are allowed temporarily but must be removed before sundown

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
