    The place and area was ok. My only issue was there was dust, and hair in the floor, in the dressers and around the baseboard. Also, the master bathroom had pink water slim in the shower. The drain in the guest bathroom was draining very slow. You cannot take a bath and wash at the same time, because the water will turn cold. Lastly, no internet service. The entire 4 days we wasnt able to warch TV. I tried calling the owner, I did not get and answer nor a call back. Other than that it was an ok stay.

Our guest contact is always responsive and available to assist with any issues, and contacting Evolve directly as a backup will ensure you get the help you need. For future clarity, the homeowner is not the guest contact
    - Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities, as the home is professionally cleaned between all guests, and we apologize if this was not your experience
    - We have ensured that the cleaning team addresses all the issues you mentioned in your review
    - It is typical for a washer to use up a significant amount of hot water, and affect the shower temperature. We recommend showering and running the washer at separate times to avoid any discomfort while showering
    - We have verified that the internet service and TV are fully functional. If there are any connectivity issues, contacting the guest contact or Evolve directly can help resolve these promptly
