This place is awesome
5/5 Great house. Love the location. Used the golf cart and went to Seaside every day, checked out the local bars and shops, and went to the beach easily. The free shuttle to the Grayton beach is very close and easy. You are right in the mix of everything but far enough that you don't feel like you are being crowded by the craziness of Seaside. Loved AJs, Hurricane Oysters, Red bar and all the places really close. I'd definitely stay again..

5/5 Lovely property. Super cozy and nicely stocked. I fell in love with the back deck. The property is also close to beach access. Will book again.

Great stay
5/5 Incredible week in Grayton. Among the best beaches we’ve been. House has everything you need and more. Proximity to beach shuttle is awesome and plenty of dining options. Home is beautiful and extremely comfortable. 10/10
