Great Vacation Home
5/5 The house was great, very clean, updated and had everything that we needed for a fantastic vacation. The pool area was perfect for the times that we were not at the beach. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Loved having the golf cart.
We would definitely stay there again. Absolutely loved it!!

Perfect house for a family 30a vacation
5/5 We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ted’s property for our 30a Memorial Day vacation. Both the house itself and the location were perfect to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast. The house had everything we needed—a beautiful pool, kitchen supplies, towels, a golf cart, and most importantly SPACE! And on top of that, Ted was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond, kind, professional, and extremely passionate. We highly recommend this property, and will be looking forward to booking again ourselves in the future.

5/5 Perfect property. Clean!! Owner is super responsive if you need anything. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nothing we couldn’t find if we needed it. The pool was very big! We paid to heat it and was perfect. Plenty of space inside and outside for our group of 7. Bikes, beach chairs, seriously everything we needed was there. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
