5/5 Toni and Jeff were welcoming and friendly. They even left us a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Sundial D212 has been newly renovated as of January 2026. The kitchen had all the necessities, coffee maker (pods or brew), pans, dishes, and a variety of kitchenwares. There was a nice shower with plenty of hooks to dry towels and swim suits. There was a hair dryer and plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels.The king size bed was very comfortable and there is a loveseat and an arm chair. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella for those who want to relax at the beach, which is only a few minutes walk along the path.The WiFi was excellent and the heat and AC worked perfectly.

Fantastic Beach Front Condo D212
5/5 We loved everything about this condo. We were the first people to stay post renovation from hurricane Ian. The kitchen had a full size fridge, dishwasher and stove, with all the necessary pans and utensils. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and beach towels too.
We work remote and the Wi-Fi was consistent and reliable with both of us on Teams calls. The walk from Sundial to the beach was 5 minutes. We took walks before and after work and found so many beautiful shells. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available if we wanted to relax on the beach.
The condo is a short drive to Jerry's for groceries and to restaurants. There was one covered parking stall, which is great when it's raining. There is also coin operated laundry available in a common area of the building.
The windchill dropped to 28 degrees and the heat worked like a champ. The tile floors were cold so pack a pair of warm socks or slippers.
The hosts were very responsive to questions and welcomed us with a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
Disappointed
2/5 There are no complaints about the unit apart from the fact that there was a lot of noise coming from building work that was going on both directly our unit and nearby on other units. We were only warned about this 2 or 3 days before the beginning of our vacation.

Relax and peaceful vacation.
4/5 Instructions for check in were perfect, owner response was wonderful after an issue with parking pass, unit is nice and clean, it's perfect for a couple and at a very quiet and convenient location, close to one of the pool, and bbq area is in front of the building. We had a great time.
