5/5 Our annual beach vacation this year was one of the best ever. This condo and our host were a big reason why. Dawn was attentive and considerate, the condo itself was well clean and had everything we needed.
The resort is well run & maintained and has many amenities. Great location too.

Spring break 2025
5/5 We have a time share condo and was told the night before arrival of a bad water leak prohibiting our trip. Called last minute to this listing and owner was very communicative and the property was very nice. Will definitely do this again! Pools very nice, hot tub was great, location was right on the beach

Great place to stay
5/5 Everything was great and the host is very communicative through the process. It's a two minute walk to the beach (if even that far) and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. I'd definitely stay here again.
