  We had an amazing stay at this St. Augustine Beach. The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and easy to settle into.

  The location is a huge plus—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It made everything super convenient and allowed us to fully enjoy the area without much driving.

  We also loved the community amenities, especially the pool and hot tub, which were clean and perfect for unwinding after a day out.

  Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish.

  Overall, a wonderful place to stay—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We’d definitely come back!

  We just had a wonderful experience staying at this place. Dawn was always available and super friendly and welcoming with us. The place is clean, friendly, organized and has all the facilities that you can need for your stay. We really enjoyed and I recommend the condo for your St Augustine trip.

  We stayed in this condo for our annual girls trip. It was wonderful…. Clean, bright, newly remodeled and conveniently located to EVERYTHING! Our host, Dawn, was great to deal with, down to earth, friendly and funny. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Dawn for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

  Our annual beach vacation this year was one of the best ever. This condo and our host were a big reason why. Dawn was attentive and considerate, the condo itself was well clean and had everything we needed.

  The resort is well run & maintained and has many amenities. Great location too.

  We have a time share condo and was told the night before arrival of a bad water leak prohibiting our trip. Called last minute to this listing and owner was very communicative and the property was very nice. Will definitely do this again! Pools very nice, hot tub was great, location was right on the beach
