Great condo!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay! The condo was more room than we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed while we were there. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. We will definitely return again if it's available.

Annual vacation
2/5 We LOVE St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Club, and have stayed 6 years now. This unit was not clean at all. We arrived to a filthy patio area. We moved a rug in the living room area to put down our own air mattress and swept up enough sand to build a castle. The couch was so dirty and stained that we used sheets to cover it, rather than look at it. We found 3 roaches crawling in the master bathroom over the course of 8 nights and 7 days.

We respect your decision to decline our offer, but we want to assure you that our commitment to cleanliness is unwavering. We are grateful that you took the time to sweep up the sand and noted it was not a significant problem.
Regarding the sofa, we again offered to assist by sending someone to clean it, and we appreciate your understanding in choosing to place a sheet over it instead. We have instructed our cleaners to ensure that this will not be an issue for future guests.
We regret any inconvenience you experienced and understand your decision to decline our offers. Please know that we did try to remedy the situation promptly. We also provided a refund for the cleaning that you were charged and the inconvenience caused, and once again, we extend our sincerest apologies.

The Best Unit in the community!
5/5 This condo fit our family of four perfectly. The unit is just a few feet away from both pool areas and the beach boardwalk is only a short walk away.
